This Fender American Vintage II '66 Jazzmaster is as close to a '66 as you can get, without going vintage or custom shop. The neck is a period correct C shape with a 7.25" radius and rosewood fretboard. The action is extremely low and the frets have very little wear. Only a few minor visible dings in the finish but nothing that shows up clearly in photographs. The Pure Vintage '66 Jazzmaster pickups are thick and creamy, yet trebly on the top end. This guitar through a cranked deluxe reverb is an absolute dream.
