Built in Valencia, Spain by past Nacho Guitars master builder luthier Javier Alemañ  the Candy Old Guitar TL Blackguard Telecaster recreates the early 1950s aesthetic without compromising playability. This instrument weighs in at only 6lbs 6.6oz with an ash ash body in Butterscotch Blonde nitrocellulose, paired with a plain grain maple neck expected from classic vintage guitars.  If you’ve played a vintage 50’s Tele; you’ll be surprisingly shocked by how close this one comes. These aren’t just a next best thing to the Nacho guitars, they’re every bit just as great. 

• Vintage-Inspired Pickups: Custom-wound Ballestone coils (7.40k/7.12k) deliver authentic mid-range response and clear articulation.
• Classic Neck Profile: Measuring.850" at fret 1 and.960" at fret 12, the large C-shaped neck matches original 1950s proportions.
• Retro Electronics: NOS capacitors, CTS 250k pots, and Oak Grigsby switching provide faithful old-school tone control.
• Refined Playability: A 9.5-inch radius fingerboard with 21 Dunlop jumbo frets eases string bending compared to strict vintage setups.
