Chuck Thornton’s 20th Anniversary Thinline Classic II is a masterclass in boutique Tele-style craftsmanship. This build features a European fiddleback olive ash body paired with a one-piece, old-growth, flamed rock maple neck, both visually stunning and tonally rich. The 25.5” scale and 1.650” nut width feel instantly familiar, while the 10” radius EVO gold fretwire adds a smooth, fast-playing surface.

The voice of this guitar comes from a matched set of Ron Ellis pickups: a Standard in the neck and a 52Tin the bridge, delivering vintage Tele sparkle, warmth, and bite with exceptional detail. Gotoh staggered tuners, a Rutters bridge, and a nitrocellulose tobacco burst finish complete the package, resulting in an instrument that’s as inspiring to play as it is to behold. Weighing in at just 6 lbs 6 oz, it’s light, resonant, and endlessly musical.
