Coming through our doors is a one-owner 1960's Harmony H-19 Silhouette. This particular guitar has a pair of spunky and aggressive Gold-foil pickups, and is one of the nicest playing budget vintage guitars that we have laid our hands on here at South Shore Guitar Boutique.
This Silhouette is all original and in excellent condition for its age. The original goldfoil pickups work perfectly, sound great, and have a distinctive pair of Moustache pickup covers - easy to set it apart in the sea of Gold-Foils. The original redburst finish has been gently aged, showing minimal checking. The original pickguard is in above-average condition, showing no cracks and no shrinkage.
Our tech just set this instrument up, and the guitar plays very nicely with comfortable, low action all the way up the neck.
Adding to its rarity, this guitar comes with the original chipboard case, and the original safety buckle is intact.
