This is one incredible hand-built guitar by Luthier Justin Abernethy, out of Guadalupe CA, USA. We come across unique guitars all the time at our shop here in NY, but this one has truly stood out. Just perfection across the board. Upon opening its hard shell case; this instrument was completely in tune and more than gig-ready. The tonal possibilities are a joy. You can get everything from old-school LP Jr. or SG style tones when in Humbucking mode all the way up to Single Coil Fullerton CA flavor when the pickups coils are split. Each pickup is individually splittable, for you to be able to combine single-coil and humbucking pickups in the middle position. The neck is bound for comfort but is aged to a similar yellow tinted white blonde that melds perfectly with the rest of the guitars overall ascetic. The Mastery Bridge and Vibrato are upgrades that give this axe even more versatility, weather you are looking to use it to embellish certain aspects of your playing or go wild bending the pitch of each note or even add some insane vibrato flutter, it's all there at your fingertips in spades.
