Heatley Guitars Beaumont “Rudy” Quilted Maple Top, Semi-Hollow, Sunburst, 2021 / NEW (Authorized Dealer) ‘Clean Demo Added’

We're excited to be representing Scott Heatley's work. It's not everyday that you come across a luthier with such a clear cut vision and the skills to pull it all together. Scott lives and breaths guitars and is always finding new ways to innovate and further improve his designs. 

This variation on the Heatley Beaumont has a semi-hollow Mahogany body with a Saple neck and a beautifully figured quilted Maple top. The guitar is adorned with tortoise body purfling and white binding as well as Scott's new "offset" fingerboard inlays, which double as side markers. They are made of MOP with faux tortoise on the inside of the inlay. You'll also find this theme on the pickguard and handmade "packman" knobs and tortoise pickup covers. 

This Beaumont is as lively as any great guitar we've had the opportunity to play. It has a very full and open EQ response with great clarity, note separation, as well as sustain. This particular example is also quite light weight and extremely balanced at only 6lbs 14oz. The Mean and Meaner P-90's by Wolftone are an excellent pickup set for this Beaumont, delivering a fat P-90 tone with beautiful highs and the perfect amount of mid-range grunt. You'll be hard pressed to find a style of playing, that this guitar doesn't excel at. 

Other features include translucent tortoise backplates, custom Heatley hardware and easy access to the upper frets; due to the treble-side cutaway. You'll also notice the fast and comfortable satin finish on the neck that brings it's playability to another level.
