Iconic Guitars in California are currently crafting some of the most beautifully built Fullerton-Style instruments today. This Tamarack model features some nice upgraded appointments including a 5A figured roasted Birdseye Maple neck, Fralin Blues Special pickups, double black body binding, steel compensated saddles and staggered tuners for the appropriate break-angle without having to use a string tree. 

The steel saddles deliver more of an early 60's type of tone along with the Fralin Blues Special pickups, giving this instrument that classic Tele Twang without the harshness of most vintage 60's Tele’s. The Blues Specials have a bit more mid-range than Fralin's Stock Tele pickup set; making them perfect for all genres of music. This instrument sounds wonderful both clean or overdriven.

You'll notice that the Med C neck profile on this Tamarack is full feeling without being overly large. It is a great feeling and comfortable profile with a very smooth and fast feeling matte finish.
