Built by Luthier Nic Delisle of Island Instrument Manufacturer in Montreal, Canada. The Espeto model once known as the Traveller for its portable size, is small in stature but quite the opposite in its tonal capabilities and feel.

This fun, head turning headless guitar features a 23.5” scale-length (right under the scale-length of a Fender Jaguar) The guitar is very comfortable to play with its 1 11/16” wide nut width and 12" radius fingerboard. The Espeto (this one in particular) is an extremely well balanced guitar seated or standing and they are always light and easy on your back. The model has been Island's top seller since its release. A great tool for musicians who travel a lot for gigs and want to take only the essentials. It’ll also easily fit in your overhead department.

The tone of the Mojo UK Hersheybucker neck pickup (inside gold-foil cover) is rich and sparkly with beautiful fidelity and a very dynamic single coil-like clarity, without the shrillness of some gold foil’s or hum. The pickup itself is essentially a low output Humbucker based on the vintage Dearmond “Hershey Bar” single coil pickup design. You will be intrigued by its warm and inviting tone. This guitar sounds great with drive pedals as well. Lots of tonal possibilities inside of this little vessel.
