Shape your guitar distortion from articulate crunch to saturated drive while keeping a responsive, amp-like feel. The JAM Pedals Rattler MK2 brings classic early-1980s distortion character together with practical tonal options for changing your sound as you play.

Switch between clipping styles and bring in the Mid Boost to explore focused, harmonically rich distortion. Add the Rattler MK2 to your setup and shape a responsive drive sound for your next playing session.

List of Features

• Custom discrete op-amp: Designed with the original LM308-based circuit in mind, it preserves the Rattler’s open response and rich harmonics.
• Wide gain range: Move from lower-gain textures to aggressive distortion, with clarity and touch sensitivity across the range.
• Footswitchable Mid Boost: Add midrange presence and focus before the distortion stage; it shapes your tone rather than acting as a conventional volume boost.
• Internal boost adjustments: Set the Mid Boost’s level and bass content using the internal controls to tailor its tonal emphasis.
• Two clipping options: Choose original asymmetrical clipping or symmetrical clipping with different compression and saturation characteristics.
• Quiet, flexible switching: Clickless footswitching helps keep operation quiet, while selectable power-up settings let the pedal start engaged or bypassed.
