The Pignose HOG-20 is a portable amplifier built for musicians who want to take their sound anywhere. Combining the legendary simplicity and ruggedness that made Pignose famous with increased power and rechargeable battery operation, the HOG-20 delivers surprisingly full sound from a compact package.

At the heart of the HOG-20 is a 20-watt solid-state amplifier driving a heavy-duty 6.5" speaker, providing enough volume for practice sessions, busking, backstage warmups, songwriting sessions, and small acoustic jams. The built-in rechargeable battery offers approximately 6 to 10 hours of playing time on a single charge, while the included AC adapter allows for continuous operation and automatic recharging whenever plugged into the wall.

I had the original GPDI and loved it. Waited anxiously for the new one. Traded the headphone out and aux in for some other useful features but otherwise it’s altogether better… especially for cleans. The IRS are a useful addition of course. Tons of fun to play and can be used in a myriad of ways.

Great amp. Exactly what I was looking for. I've been able to get great tones at volumes I can play at home without making my wife and kids hate me. I've tried lots of complex solutions in my attempts to accomplish this over the years but nothing I tried really got me there. The Swingland delivered.
