Available is this gorgeous Ronin Guitars Mirari model in Aged Pelham Blue with a Gold Guard. Like with most Mirari's this guitar features two of Ronin's full size Foil Bucker pickups that are able to be split into single coils using the push buttons next to the first two control knobs. There is also a Magic Button (piezo disc/pickup) push button next to the 3-way toggle switch. The Foil Bucker pickups are a breath of fresh air; crossing the line between a great Gold-Foil and lower output PAF. Every nuance of your playing is heard and they clean up beautifully with your guitars volume control.
The Magic Button brings into play a specialized passive piezo pickup that sits inside of the bridge pickups cavity route. Engaging it can lead to many musical results and enhances the sounds of the very resonant Reclaimed Old Growth Redwood body. Upon pressing it, you'll be able to enhance all the subtle nuances of the instrument. Letting you tap and play behind the nut or scratch at the springs. You can also get acoustic like tones that are blend-able with the other pickups. As you roll down your guitars volume control, the Magic-Button becomes more present. This can lead to lap-steel, banjo, dobro and many other experimental but extremely musical tones.
This Mirari was recently gone over by head Ronin luthier Izzy Lugo and setup to play like it did when it was brand new. The frets have been polished for a smooth feel and have a full life ahead of them. The Mannmade 2-pin tremolo on this guitar is dialed in just right and is very responsive to you're touch. It is setup to float, so that you can get some really nice flutter sounds when you flick the trem arm from underneath. The finish has a medium relic job done to it and looks as it did when the guitar was first built. Case and COA included in sale.
