Robin Stummvoll is a luthier based in Kassel Germany. He has become known for his own unique style of building high-end and sustainable custom stringed instruments. His guitars are built from powder coated sheet metal and locally sourced native timbres. The Cosmo is a 25.5" scale electric guitar with freely movable magnetic pickups, which can be placed anywhere on the sheet metal body. This allows you to get all kinds of highly useable and / or experimental tones out of your guitar. Included are a single volume and blend pot for the utmost flexibility and fine tuning of your guitars tone. Robin winds many distinct styles of pickups. This way if you ever wanted to try out a different wind-pattern, you can easily unplug your current pickup and plug the new one in. No soldering is necessary.

This Cosmo features an "Oyster White" powder coated finish and oiled Walnut neck with semi-hemispherical fret-ends for an overall nice and rounded feel which allows you to play across the entire width of the fingerboard. The frets also have hidden tangs, so they will never protrude or feel sharp from the sides. The pickups in this Cosmo are Verso's SC-1 "Transparent" model in the neck position and SC-2 "Allround" model in the bridge. The SC-1 delivers a beautiful open, airy and woody tone with a crystal clear top-end and wonderful dynamic response. The SC-2 delivers a rich and extremely well-balanced tone with a pleasing upper mid-range almost like a P-90. It has a wonderfully defined bass response with clarity and sparkle to spare. 

The build quality of each Verso is top-notch with impeccable fret-work and perfectly dialed in setups.
