Waterslide Coodercaster Stat 2019 Trans Blonde Finish w/ two Dual Foil Pickups

Heres a real winner from our friend Pat at Waterslide Guitars. It has a gorgeous Blonde slightly reliced finish with some truly nice and subtle finish checking throughout the body. The flame figured, roasted maple neck on this one really pops out and pairs perfectly with the guitars blonde finish and Tortoise guard with anodized aluminum control plate. It is smooth with most of the lacquer sanded down to the bare wood of the neck. We find this model to be the perfect guitar for those looking for a Coodercaster Strat style tone and esthetic, but prefer a more traditionally mounted bridge pickup for easier access to standard palm muting. The Vibrato works great and the pickups give you a wide variety and range of tonal variation. With the pickups split you can easily go from fatter Strat meets vintage Gold-Foil pickup tones with a perfect mix of old-school Lap and Pedal-Steel sounding flavor. When in their higher-output Hum-bucking mode the harmonics just leap out at you while delivering a perfect platform for overdriven lead and chord progressions without ever loosing their crystalline sound and quick attack. This instrument excels in so many areas, such as Blues, Funk, Rock, Americana, Country as well as more experimental styles. Being able to split each pickup individually is a real treat, giving the player so many variations. We also love the fine details like Teacup knobs and handmade Vibrato tip. This axe is both classy and a forward thinking design that will bring much inspiration to its lucky new owner.
